OFFICINE DELLA BIRRA

Since 1999, Officine della Birra has been producing beer from organically farmed raw materials. It was the first organic brewery in Italy. Malt and hops are processed on location, and the absence of chemical treatments in every step of the production process ensures an authenticfinal product.


PROSCIUTTIFICIO MARCO D’OGGIONO

The historical “prosciuttificio” in Brianza still produces its cold cuts following the artisanal philosophy that made it famous: their prosciutto crudo is renowned for its sensory qualities, and especially for its intense, sweet flavour.


IL BOSCASSO

The farm owned by Maria Chiara Onida and located in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese hills puts quality first, by managing the whole production chain: from the hay harvest to the production of their delicious “caprini” (goat cheeses).


CASEIFICIO FIORDILATTE

Alessio Mogliani’s Caseificio Fiordilatte is 100% local and has a very short production chain: the milk comes from farms in Lombardy, and it is processed raw, maintaining its nutritional and sensory properties unchanged even in the final product. An example is the fresh cow’s milk mozzarella, produced just a few miles from the Bistrot Milano Duomo!


MOLINI DI VOGHERA

Molini di Voghera means love of good flour and wheat guaranteed to be cultivated and ground in the Oltrepò Pavese. An accurate selection of the raw materials and a constant attention to the well-being of the farmers and the land ensure a high-quality final product.

Luca Montersino, an internationally renowned chef, turned his passion into a profession. An artisan profession, that is. Every day, it gives him the chance to create healthy desserts, prepared with high quality ingredientslight and natural, they still satisfy the palate.


AZIENDA AGRICOLA BARGERO

Surrounded by the forest of the Regional Park “Pineta di Appiano Gentile e Tradate”, this was one of the first farms in Italy to apply the principles of organic agricolture to chicken farming. Since 1984, Martino Bargero and Costanza Poggi have been producing organic eggs, laid exclusively by barn chickens, and taking care of the health and well-being of their chicks from day one.


MAESTRI DEL GUSTO

The story the Maestri del Gusto is a story of brave female entrepreneurs in Western Sicily. Linda Barcellona and Marcella Ruffino decided to restore and empower the traditions and resources of their land, Sicily. It is from a a strong tie to artisan origins and to a love for good, natural and authentic food that this celebration of the Mediterrean taste is born.
